Where did you grow up and what was your first language?

I was born and raised in New York City and my first language was English. 

What from your hometown do you wish you could find in New York City?

Well, New York City is my hometown, but I wish they would stop getting rid of my favorite pizza joints and replacing them with banks and cell-phone stores! 

Where did you go to college?

I attended the University of Pennsylvania where I majored in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE).

What was your favorite book in middle school?

My favorite book was Ender's Game, by Orson Scott Card. 


What is the best part of teaching at Hamilton Grange?

I am so looking forward to connecting with all my wonderful students and working with our passionate staff. 

What is your favorite thing to do when you are not teaching?

My favorite thing to do is go to Mets games or swim in the ocean.
